Rihanna Goes Parasailing in Sexy Swimsuit

On Tuesday, the "We Found Love" singer got her thrills in while parasailing off the coast of the gorgeous European city. Riding tandem with a friend, Rihanna appeared to be having a ball while her pal looked a bit more reserved about their sky-high excursion.

While reaching new heights, the 24-year-old Grammy-winning star wore a sexy white one-piece swimsuit, several rings and a pair of sparkling earrings. Bright red lipstick her long and loose mane topped off her carefree but glam beach look.
Before her stop in Cannes, the sun-loving Barbados beauty was spotted in St. Tropez, France, where she embarked on more thrill-seeking jaunts like jet-skiing and jumping on a water trampoline.

After the adrenaline rushes, the star kicked back on the shore to soak up the sun. "Life is but a beach chair," she tweeted on Wednesday.

Rihanna wants message from dead grandmother

Rihanna has been pleading for her dead grandmother to contact her from beyond the grave.

The 'Rude Boy' singer has been rocked by the loss of her beloved grandparent Clara 'Dolly' Braithwaite on June 30, and is hoping she will send her some sort of message from the afterlife to let her know she is still watching over her.

Referring to her by her nickname, she tweeted: "I wish u were here ... Got so many questions and you always had answers #grangranDOLLY

"Send a message in the wind or something please #grangranDOLLY (sic)"

Rihanna is reported to be spending time with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown in the South of France and her desire to speak to 'Dolly' could come from her need for advice on whether she should get involved again with the man who brutally assaulted in February 2009.


Rihanna cancelled her appearance at the Rock In Rio festival in Madrid, Spain, and flew back to her native Barbados to be with her mother Monica after the death of her grandmother.

She then attended both funeral services held for Clara, one in New York and another in Barbados.

Rihanna frequently talks to her passed grandparent directly in her tweets, paying tribute after her passing by writing: "Goodbye grangranDolly get your beauty rest until I see you. grangranDolly that is all. (sic)"

Before her Barbados funeral, she wrote: "grangranDolly time for your party in Barbados. (sic)"

Rihanna has become increasingly spiritual in her tweets since 'Dolly' died, writing yesterday: "I put it all in Your hands!!! I love my Creator!!!! #1Love #1Life (sic)."

She has also retweeted a post by Spiritual Truths, hinting at her love life: "Love is calling you, the happiness you seek is written within the heart, take notice of your feelings & find your way home."

But the pop star's Mediterranean yacht trip with some gal pals is looking less and less like a retreat, and more and more like a second job. Rihanna shows off her assistant's broken toe.

She began with a shopping trip in Sardinia, Italy, moved on to jet skis, beer, and a water trampoline in St. Tropez, and most recently parasailed in Cannes. RiRi seems to have found very little time for any actual rest and relaxation.

The "S.O.S." singer has been keeping her fans up to date with her Mediterranean vacation, tweeting and Instragram-ing the trip like it's her job: Rihanna in a bikini, Rihanna in another bikini, Rihanna in another bikini watching the sunset, Rihanna and her friends in bikinis lying on a bed ...

You get the idea. In fact, we're getting so obsessed with her vacation photos, we're expecting a summer 2013 release for "Rihanna's Yacht: The Movie."

One downside, though: The last thing Rihanna probably wanted on this trip, besides adult supervision, was to have her ex Chris Brown on her mind. But, of course, Brown showed up in St. Tropez at the same time, reigniting the wildfire of reunion rumours. Brown's rep has denied them, insisting that he was there with his current girlfriend, Karrueche Tran. We each have our own way of coping with stress.

But Rihanna, next time, may we suggest a good, old-fashioned spa weekend with the girls? No phones allowed.
